Google review QR code
Paste the review link from your Business Profile. A customer scans, and the review box opens at once.
How it works
- Open your Business Profile on Google and copy the “review link”, which starts with g.page. Or use the Place ID, if you have it.
- Paste it in the field above, design the code in your colours and with your logo, and add a frame with words that ask for a review.
- Download and print it. With the review link, whoever scans it lands on the review box; with the Place ID, on your shop's page on Google Maps, where the review button is.
Where to put it
- At the till, where a customer waits while paying.
- On the table, with the bill.
- On a small card in the bag.
- On the way out.
The best moment to ask for a review is when the customer is pleased and still in the shop.
Static or editable
The code from this page is static. Kept in an account it becomes editable: you see how often it was scanned and on which days, and you change where it leads if you move the shop or open a branch, while the print stays as it is.
Questions about a review QR code
Where do I find the review link?
In your Business Profile on Google: search for your shop's name while signed in to your account, choose to ask for reviews, and copy the link.
Does the customer need a Google account?
Yes. Google accepts a review only from a signed-in account; that is its rule, not ours.
Can I show only the good reviews?
No. The code opens the review box for everybody who scans it, and we do not sort customers before it: Google's policies forbid that.
I have several branches. One code, or one each?
One for each branch: each has its own page on Google Maps and its own reviews.
