Free QR code tools
For anyone about to print a code, or unsure about one in front of them. No account. The scanner, the check and the calculator run in your browser and upload nothing to us; the test sheet is drawn for you and not kept.
The tools
Size calculator
How wide should a printed QR code be? Give the distance it is scanned from and what it holds, and get the smallest width that reads, and why.
Pre-print check
Check a QR code's image before printing: whether it reads, what it opens, its contrast and margin, and how small it can go. It stays in your browser.
Test sheet
Print one page with your QR code at several sizes, scan each from where your customer stands, and choose the size before the big print run.
Scanner
Scan a QR code with your camera or from an image, in the browser, and see the whole link before you open it. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is kept.
Why check before you print
A code is printed once and scanned thousands of times. If it was printed too small, with weak contrast, or against the edge of the artwork, you find out when the whole run is delivered. Two minutes here save the reprint.
